A Stunning Collection of Heirlooms, Literature & Archives
Sitwell Wonders
The Sitwell Museum is a must-see for history and literature lovers alike. Across four rooms, there are generations-old heirlooms, stunning photography and extracts of literature from the Sitwell Trio, thoughtfully selected by our archivist, Christine Beevers. Visitors have the opportunity to view a documentary highlighting key events and the Sitwell story at Renishaw.
For a fully-fledged experience rooted in history, we recommend pairing your visit to the Sitwell Museum with a guided hall tour, which takes place each Friday during our open season at 12:30pm and 2:00pm. We advise those hoping to book a hall tour to purchase tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.
